It was wonderful. Chris and his men were fast,pleasant, professional and willing to go that extra mile. Chris even helped me make a bed. My husband said struck gold when I chose them to move us. I had a pretty big house, which filled up a 26 ft truck and at least another 20 ft trailer. It was a daunting task but they made light work of it. And stayed cheerful and hard working until the job was done. I hope never to move again, but if I do, Mass Movers is the only moving company I'd call.

Chris and his team are amazing. I had to cancel and reschedule my move multiple times. Every interaction was done with a sense of urgency and a friendly voice on the line. The crew drove from Lansing to Royal Oak in over 8 inches of snow just to unload my POD. They treated my belongings and property with care and got the job down efficiently. I would highly recommend MASS for moving! I booked them for a cross state move. They did everything flawlessly and in a timely manner. I was skeptical at first but this is NOT a scam! From packing & wrapping furniture & to unpacking and moving things around in the new home they did everything wonderfully!
